Educational Experience Theory

It is a theory about aiming at offering teachers and students ideal learning and teaching outcomes. The theory is based around four factors to create meaningful and effective educational environment. The first factor is cognitive presence, it is about students sharing and discussing about inputs of the topics, creating new ideas from them and sharing them between the other students. Another factor is social presence, it is about the social status of the student, what they see themselves as in the class, what do they feel in class time, feel of belonging to the class. The third factor is teaching presence, it is about the roles of a teacher, monitoring, assessing, maintaining suitable conditions for their students. The fourth and the last factor is transactional presence, as the name suggests, it is about transactions between students, their affairs, relationships and interactions.
